The new BMW M5 F90 LCI 2021 is a facelift of the existing F90 M5. It was unveiled in September 2020 and will go on sale in early 2021. The main changes are an updated front fascia with a new grille and revised headlights, as well as new exterior colors and wheels. The interior has also been slightly updated with a new steering wheel design and new upholstery options. Under the hood, the M5 continues to be powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 600 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. Performance figures have not been announced, but the previous F90 M5 could accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds and had a top speed of 190 mph. Pricing for the updated M5 has not been announced, but it is expected to start around $110,000.
